Celebrate American Independence on the Dinner Fireworks Cruise

Celebrate the 4th of July aboard the Solaris, cruising the Choctawahatchee Bay, enjoying a delicious dinner, and watching the fireworks display.

You will be greeted by the captain and shown to your table by a staff member.

Once you have met your server, you are free to explore the vessel.

The party begins at the full service cash bar. Sip a martini, indulge in a tropical drink or choose from the extensive wine list.

After getting comfortable, explore all three decks of SOLARIS as you cruise the Bay. The state-of-the-art sound system allows you to enjoy the live entertainment on every deck.

And you'll have a great view of the fireworks along the coast from the Sky Deck!

This magnificent vessel is structured so there isn't a bad seat in the house! Wall to Wall windows makes for a beautiful view. The open-air Sky Deck provides panoramic views.

Approximately 30 to 45 minutes after the cruise gets underway, dinner is served. Iced tea and coffee are included with your dinner ticket. Your dining experience is completed with a mouth-watering dessert. All menus are prepared on-board in the full service galley by a Chef who oversees every detail of your dinner from preparation to presentation.

All entrees are served with a fresh house salad and warm bread with whipped herb butter, dessert, coffee and iced tea. Appetizers available for purchase onboard (starting at $9.50 each). A cash bar is available for beer, wine, mixed drinks, or sodas throughout the cruise.

Solaris Shrimp Scampi
Fresh gulf shrimp sautéed with a variety of fresh herbs and citrus juices, served over Gemelli pasta.

Fresh Catch of the Day
Seasonal fresh gulf fish sautéed with roasted garlic and topped with a lump crabmeat Frangelico* sauce.
* Please note, this sauce is made with hazelnut liquor.

Pepper and Herb Crusted Tenderloin of Beef
Prime beef tenderloin crusted with fresh cracked black pepper and herbs, then slow roasted, sliced and served with robust bourbon* demi-glace.
* Please note, this demi-glace is made with bourbon liquor.

Cheese and Yukon Ravioli
Cheese and Yukon potato stuffed ravioli, topped with fresh tomato basil sauce and served with sauteed green beans.

Chicken Picatta
Chicken breast lightly breaded, sautéed and then topped with a lemon caper cream sauce and served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Dress Code

Resort Casual to Cocktail (dress like you are going to a nice dinner; beach attire is not appropriate). Heels are allowed onboard the boat; however, it is suggested you wear alternative footwear for ease and safety walking down the dock. It is very long and made of boards, so heels get stuck easily. Also, please be advised there are two flights of stairs onboard to get to the top deck.
